GreenTime is a young FoodTech company offering B2B smart fridges throughout Switzerland, stocked daily with fresh meals (cafeterias 2.0), snacks and drinks.

It's a food solution for companies that do not necessarily have a restaurant and want to offer this service to their employees.

GreenTime needs talent to help shape the future of the F&B industry!

About the role

  • You will manage a portfolio of B2B customers in German-speaking Switzerland who benefit from the GreenTime service through rigorous and regular follow-up (telephone and appointments).

  • You write and present regular activity reports on the service.

  • You are the sole point of contact for the people in charge of the company, with whom you create a lasting human link.

  • You coordinate with operational teams to solve problems and anticipate the needs of corporate customers.

  • You maximize sales with new proposals.

  • You organize regular on-site events.

  • You participate in the sales effort by helping your sales colleagues during tastings.

  • You respond to support requests and escalate tickets accordingly.

About the requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in B2B account management.

  • Customer satisfaction oriented, hospitality background an asset.

  • Native Swiss-german speaker required, fluency in English necessary.

  • Politeness, interpersonal skills, respect for brand image.

  • Project management from start to finish, creativity and autonomy.

  • Driving license required.
