GreenTime est une jeune FoodTech company qui propose des frigos intelligents en B2B dans toute la Suisse, approvisionnés quotidiennement de repas frais (cafétérias 2.0), de snacks et de boissons.

Il s'agit d'une solution d'alimentation pour les entreprises qui n'ont pas forcément de restaurant et souhaitent offrir ce service à leurs collaborateurs.

GreenTime a besoin de talents pour l'aider à façonner l'avenir de l'industrie F&B!

Nous offrons

  • You will manage a portfolio of B2B customers in German-speaking Switzerland who benefit from the GreenTime service through rigorous and regular follow-up (telephone and appointments).

  • You write and present regular activity reports on the service.

  • You are the sole point of contact for the people in charge of the company, with whom you create a lasting human link.

  • You coordinate with operational teams to solve problems and anticipate the needs of corporate customers.

  • You maximize sales with new proposals.

  • You organize regular on-site events.

  • You participate in the sales effort by helping your sales colleagues during tastings.

  • You respond to support requests and escalate tickets accordingly.

Conditions requises

  • At least 5 years' experience in B2B account management.

  • Customer satisfaction oriented, hospitality background an asset.

  • Native Swiss-german speaker required, fluency in English necessary.

  • Politeness, interpersonal skills, respect for brand image.

  • Project management from start to finish, creativity and autonomy.

  • Driving license required.
